RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy governs the manner in which LIMCAT CUSTOM INTERNATIONAL LLC handles returns, exchanges, and refunds related to the products and services offered by LIMCAT CUSTOM INTERNATIONAL LLC. This return policy applies to all products and services offered by LIMCAT CUSTOM INTERNATIONAL LLC.

Firearms

Deposits on firearms are fully refundable within fifteen (15) days. After fifteen (15) days, deposits on firearms are nonrefundable. Completed firearms are nonrefundable once they are shipped or transferred.

Parts and Accessories

Unused parts and accessories can be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges within thirty (30) days. Used parts and accessories can be exchanged within ninety (90) days for the same item if found to be defective.
